Pathfinder Solutions has been partnering with state nonprofit associations to build momentum in talent development. The work of Pathfinder Solutions is based upon research (surveying workforce, youth, board members - n of 5000) to gain insights on awareness, aspiration, engagement, diversity, workforce support, impact and sustainability. We are also working on a multi-state effort to build community-based cooperative strategies to strengthen the comprehensive talent development process.
