First, make sure that you are on the DonateNow Lite (right) side, and not the DonateNow (left) side, of the NPO login page at: http://www1.networkforgood.org/login
We recommend that you bookmark the login page for future reference.
Second, try copy/pasting the password that was issued to you into the login box to avoid typos. Make sure you don't accidentally paste extra spaces or the password won't work.
If this still does not work, please generate a new password on the "forgot password" page: https://www.networkforgood.org/npo/reports/newPass
If you still experience difficulty accessing your reports using the new password, please forward the last password email that was sent to you, along with your EIN, so that we can troubleshoot the application.
Once logged in, you can change the password to something more memorable using the "Change Password" application in your account
