Unfortunately, it is a little tricky to edit custom questions once you have created them in EventsNow. First, since there is not a feature that allows you to change the order of a custom question, you will have to create the questions in the order that you would like them to appear on your event page. Second, after you have created a question you are not able to simply delete it, but rather will have to hide it.
To hide a custom question that you have already created you will need to login to your EventsNow account and select the event you are working on. Next, click the 'Guest Information' link from the Event Dashboard. Select the 'Edit' link next to the question you would like to hide. Then, check the 'Admin Only' box and save your changes. This will hide the question from all ticket buyers, although you will still see the question from the administrative account. You will then want to recreate the questions that you hid in the order you would like them to appear to ticket buyers.
