Thanks so much for reaching out here. You do indeed have access to a full, live donation tracking report from within your account. When you are logged in to your Network for Good account, please navigate to the right hand side where you will find a blue DonateNow box. Click the "Launch DonateNow link within this box, this will then take you to the DonateNow account area. From within this area, please click on the DonateNow reports tab. You will be able to run custom donation reports from this section.
We always suggest that our customers use this reports area as a comprehensive way to track donations. I hope this helps, but if you have any trouble finding the donation, please give us a call at 1-888-284-7978!
