If you are attempting to enter a new billing credit card but are receiving an error that states that the card information has not been authorized, please ensure that you are filling out all of the card information properly. Because our system does not save any card information, you will be required to enter the entire 16 digit credit card number when making any changes.
If the card will still not be accepted, please contact your credit card company and inform them that the information you are typing in does not match when trying to authorize. Even if the card has been successfully used with other merchants, it may fail in our system if some information does not match.
