Let Employees Tell Your CSR Story

According to Edelman research, employees want more information about their company’s social and environmental impactand want to be more involved in corporate cause initiatives. 


Here are 3 ways to help your employees bring your corporate social responsibility (CSR) reporting to life and craft your company’s impact story with authenticity.


1) Encourage Storytelling.

2) Provide a Platform.


3) Lead by ExampleSenior management across the company, in addition to the CSR team (if one exists), should contribute to the employee impact story pool.


Having stories from all levels of the company demonstrates that CSR is important everywhere--that all employees are working togethers to meet CSR goals.
